Welcome to Cabra. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — and if anything is unclear, write to us at cabra@cabra.store.

2. Our products

We make denim garments by hand in our workshop in Barcelona. Because each piece is made in small runs from natural fabrics, slight variations in color, texture and finish are part of the nature of the product — not defects. We do our best to show our pieces accurately, but colors may display differently depending on your screen.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment is processed at checkout through the secure payment providers available on our store. We do not store your payment details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, you will receive a full refund.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — the contract is formed when we ship your items. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will contact you and refund any amount paid.

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide from Barcelona, Spain. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on the destination.

International orders (outside the European Union): your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees and local taxes applied by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Cabra has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the items to the address you provided.

6. Returns and refunds

Our returns process, including the 30-day return window, the EU 14-day cooling off period, and the conditions items must meet, is described in our [Return Policy]. Please read it before placing your order.

7. Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for the period indicated at purchase and can be redeemed in our online store. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable. Treat your gift card like cash — we cannot replace lost or stolen card codes.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including photographs, videos, texts, graphics, logos and product designs — is the property of Cabra or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend access to the store for users who violate these terms.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for defective products under applicable consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. As a consumer, you benefit from all rights granted by Spanish and EU consumer protection law, and nothing in these terms affects those statutory rights.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies to your purchase.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of the consumer's place of residence, where required by law, or otherwise to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
