The jacket: Inspired by classic workwear once worn by carpenters and French labourers, this jacket has a regular fit and a slightly longer cut for year-round use. Designed with three outer pockets and one interior pocket, it combines function and timeless simplicity.

The fabric: Sashiko is a traditional Japanese fabric with a structured, grid-like weave developed for durability and reinforcement. Dyed in deep indigo that fades with character, it starts crisp and firm, softening beautifully as it’s worn in, true expression of craftsmanship and time.

Care instructions: This garment is made of raw and unwashed fabric, with no water wasted or pollution created in the process. Over time, they’ll fade uniquely, shaped by your movements and daily life, provided you treat them well. Wear them hard before the first wash. When the time comes, expect some shrinkage: turn them inside out, soak in cold water, and dry in the shade.
